Seabuckthorn Pulp Soup

Sea buckthorn Pulp  Soup is a great way to get all the benefits of sea buckthorn berries in one delicious Soup drink. While there are many ways to make sea buckthorn Pulp Soup, we recommend the following method:

1. Take Seabuckthorn Raw Pulp by Seabuckthorn India then blend them with hot water, using a hand blender or food processor. One can also boil the blend for  five to seven minutes to make it thick if required.

2. Add sweetener, like sugar or honey (or even maple syrup), and blend the Seabuckthorn Raw Pulp and water mix for 1 more minute. To make the Soup more Yummy add a pinch of black salt as well as black pepper.

3. Strain the Seabuckthorn pulp soup using a mesh strainer (sieve), and set aside the seed particles if present. To garnish one can add milk cream as well as mint leaves or the coriander leaves as per the taste. 

4. You might notice that it might start separating into layers—but don’t worry—just stir it up with a spoon and enjoy!


5. You can add Seabuckthorn Raw Pulp by Seabuckthorn India to other soups like tomato soup, vegetable soup etc to enhance the nutrition values of the Soap.
